How Do I Return My Order?
LuxuriousGear does its best to make sure that You are happy with Your orders. We want to make sure your experience is both FUN and HASSLE-FREE. If you have any concerns or issues with your product, please feel free to contact us prior to returning your item(s). We welcome and encourage exchanges and will make every effort to help you find the right product.
You have 30 days from time of purchase to return any item back to us for a refund or an exchange. Refunds that include shipping related charges are granted on transactions where product is inspected by our staff, and is deemed defective, damaged or mistaken- return shipping refunds in these cases are limited to the standard USPS first class rate for your items [when you opt out of the free return procedure].
PLEASE NOTE: We guarantee that we will send you the item that we describe, but we cannot guarantee exact fit. While we have an exteremly high accuracy rate, we acknowledge that mistakes can happen. If in fact there is an error with your order, we will rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Please note that returns without authorization or without valid reason i.e. (a mistake from our part) will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt.
Returns
1- Email us through the contact us page so we can issue a return authorization and expect your return.
2-Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
3- Return the product using your preferred shipping method to LuxuriousGear.com RETURNS 9205 Cactus Trail Rd, Albuquerque NM 87114 USA.
4- Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit.
Instructions for Free return
1- Please Keep the original Packaging [Very Important] otherwise; you will need to use your own preferred shipping methods at your expense.
2- Please email us using the contact us page and include your original order number, the product(s) you are returning, and your name.
3- Put the product and reseal the package carefully with clear tape. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
4- Write with a marker or big font "RETURN TO SENDER ITEM REFUSED"
5- Your return tracking number is the SAME tacking number on the package, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit.
